28:3. କିନ୍ତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ କହିଲେ, 'ନା, ଦାଉଦ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେ ନାମ ରେ ଆଦୌ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା କରିବ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଣେ ସୈନିକ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନକେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିଅଛ।'

28:3. But God said to me, 'You must not build a temple to honor me, for you are a warrior and have spilled blood.'
